Big HaLlOhAlLo
Last week we went to Oman (in Saudi Arabia) with three other families. First I thought that this vacation would be boring, because the average of age of the other children was between 11 and 14 years. But finally it worked out to be amazing!
This week permitted me to better know some people (I think, they'll recognize themselves) and that makes me really happy!!
This country is, I think, the beautiful I've ever seen!
First I need to tell some stuff about our 3 drivers. There was Akram in car number 1, Hassan in car number 2 and Nassar in car number 5. They were just so nice!! They made us enjoy our trip even more. The trip to the desert was just amazing! At that night we couldn't sleep, personally I was too afraid to close one eye (yes they were snakes and scorpions!!). So we spent the night together with Arianne, Andrea, Beat and the three drivers. We first drove through the desert, and then later we waked at the top of a big dune. Over there Akram and Hassan sung us some Arabian songs while we were watching at the thousands of stars up in the sky. (At this time Nassar was hunting a scarab....).
Then the night after that we went to the beach to see some turtles. We so a lot of baby turtles... They were sooo cute (“,). Later we, the three girls and the three boys went to the beach in front of the hotel. There we talk for a long time about the differences from our cultures. It was really, really interesting!!
As the guide didn't tell us a lot about turtles that night, Akram told us some stuff he knew about it and Nassar at the same time showed us everything. He played the turtle, dug holes into the sand etc. *haha*
Guys, if you read this, I hope we'll keep in touch!! And to conclude I would say that Oman is my second home!! (I say this for my Habibi ;-). The people over there are really friendly and nice.. So I hope to go back there soon.
